Established in 1996, the Network on Ethics/Human Rights, Law, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Support and Care (NELA) is a civil society, non-governmental organization with HIV/AIDS related activities spanning prevention, counselling, advocacy, training, research, care and support, ethics and human rights.
NELA, in collaboration with International HIV/AIDS Alliance (IHAA), USAID, National and State Action Committees on AIDS, provides technical and financial assitance to NGOs/CBOs in Nigeria to carry out HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support programmes at the community level. Nela works in the following major groups.
